What is the return policy for Hollister?
Hollister allows you to make returns/exchanges online, by mail, or in any of their physical stores.
1. In-store returns
According to the Hollister return policy, if you return your item within 30 days (or 60 days for purchases within the U.S.) of buying it and have the original receipt, you’ll get a full refund.
This refund will be issued based on the original form and amount of payment.
However, after 30 days (or 60 days for purchases within the U.S.), you’ll only be eligible for merchandise credit equal to the original payment amount.

2. Online returns

To get your refund back to your original payment method, you need to request an online return within 60 days from when your order was shipped.
After 60 days, your only refund option will be an e-gift card sent to your email address.
If your package didn’t include an invoice and you’re doing a self-shipment return online, print the order confirmation email you got when you placed the order. Then, place it in the return package.
3. Returning by mail
If you want to return your items by mail, you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
If you’re using your own return carrier, the items must reach Hollister’s Distribution Center within 60 days of the order shipment date to qualify for a refund.
