1. What are PacSun’s product return conditions?
If you are planning to return products to PacSun, make sure they are unwashed and unworn and have all the original tags attached to the product.
Products that have sanitary panels must have the original seal intact for them to be eligible to be returned.
2. What is PacSun’s return period?
If you wish to return an item bought from PacSun, you must return it within 60 days from the purchase date. If you want them to issue a complete refund to your original payment source, you must return it within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, you can get refunds in the form of gift cards or merchandise return cards. These can be availed both online and offline.
PacSun also lets you return international purchases, with the same return process. International returns can be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
The refund initiated will be in the same exchange rate at which you paid for your order at the time of purchase. This refund amount also includes any taxes, customs, and tariffs that you paid. However, you will be charged an additional US Customs Fee when you return the product.
International orders follow a different invoice method and hence you cannot return them to a store.
3. What products cannot be returned at PacSun?

No. Like any other store, if you have bought PacSun goods from any third-party seller, you will have to place the return with them and not PacSun.
5. Can you return sale items at PacSun?
Any items that were on clearance or marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned to PacSun. So, be super careful when you place orders for sale items.
6. How To Return Products to PacSun?
There are two ways to return products to PacSun.
a. Returns Via Mail
To return an item purchased online or offline via mail, go to the Returns page on the company’s website and enter your order number, email address, and ZIP code in the designated fields.
Click on START RETURN and select the items you wish to return and also why you want to return the. Read through the policy and click on COMPLETE RETURN. You will receive a FedEx prepaid return label by mail. Print it and then submit the package to your nearest FedEx location.
b. In-store Returns
Return the product at the closest PacSun store within 30 days of purchase. Make sure the product is in proper condition.
If you have paid using PayPal, Venmo, or Afterpay, you can’t return in-store and will have to return by mail.
7. Does PacSun Refund the Shipping Fee?
No, PacSun does not refund the original shipping fee. In fact, if you are returning a product bought via mail, you will have to pay shipping charges of $7 for the same.
8. What’s PacSun’s exchange policy?
Unfortunately, PacSun does not offer exchanges as their stocks run out very quickly. So you will have to return the item and in the while, place another order for the product you wish to be replaced. After your return is received at PacSun, they refund the amount to your original source.

10. Can you return products without receipts?
Yes, you can return products if you do have the receipt with you at PacSun and get merchandise credit, provided they weren’t marked down during purchase. The credit amount will be the product’s lowest selling price.
If you do not have the receipt with you, make sure you provide them with the following information:

- Valid ID
- Telephone number
- Signature
To return gifts, you must have the original gift receipt.
