  1. Instant Exchange lets you can swap out your items instantly, and they will place a $1 hold on your card. To not be charged, your items must be received within 14 days.
  2. Standard Exchange: Your exchange will be processed when the item is sent back and scanned.

With exchanges, there are a few other things to note:

  • If you request an exchange that isn’t in stock, you will be refunded or offered store credit
  • Exchange orders cannot be cancelled
  • New discount codes cannot be used for exchanges
  • Princess Polly doesn’t allow exchanges or store credit for international returns.
