For In-store Returns
1. Make sure the item is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

3. Take the item and receipt to your local Party City store.

For Online Returns

Do note that Party City does not refund shipping and handling fees or taxes. You are also responsible for shipping fees. Party City does not accept Gerson International product returns through shipping at this time. All Gerson International products must be returned in-store.
