To return any item purchased from Madewell, you must return it within 30 days from the purchase date. If you paid with cash or wish to return a gift, you must have the original gift receipt.
International Orders and Returns
Madewell also lets you return international purchases, unlike most brands. International returns cannot be submitted until 48 hours post-delivery and can be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
A refund will be initiated via ESW, their e-commerce partner along with the duties and taxes originally paid. However, you will have to pay return shipping fees and original shipping charges. They also pay you in the same currency and the same exchange rate as the date of the original order.

There are two ways to return products to Madewell.

7. Does Madewell Refund the Shipping Fee?
No, Madewell does not refund the shipping fee. In fact, if you are returning a product bought via mail, you will have to pay shipping charges for the same.
